• Farmers, ranchers, producers or harvesters to buy land and begin or continue an operation in the agricultural or aquatic field.

Loan Terms:

• A possible rate reduction and lower equity requirements for those who qualify under this program.

Eligible borrowers are farmers, ranchers or aquatic producers who:

• Are 35 years old or younger,
• Have 10 years or less farming, ranching or aquatic experience,
• Normally generate less than $250,000 in annual gross sales of agricultural or aquatic products.
